All artworks are printed and posted within 3 working days for both UK and International deliveries. UK purchases should be delivered within 3 working days after dispatch. International purchases should be delivered within 3 to 7 working days after dispatch depending on your location. Your order is sent directly to you from the printers. The printing company we use is international, and has printers based in the US and across Europe. Your artwork will be printed at the nearest available printers to your location, ensuring a speedy delivery.

All UK orders are delivered by EVRI. International orders are sent using the best available local postage services and couriers. An email will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched with your postage and courier company details.

All prints are covered by a 30 day money back guarantee, providing the original item(s) are returned unopened, undamaged and in their original packaging. Please email us at wildwoodillustration@gmail.com for instructions on where to post your items in order to return or exchange.

If your order has not arrived please get in touch with me as soon as possible via the website or via email at wildwoodillustration@gmail.com.

The customer is responsible for paying any customs fees or import taxes on International deliveries.

We are unable to offer custom print sizes at this time.
